General

I keep a full collection of the standard 50x40cm size pictures in stock ready for delivery. Larger sizes are printed to order and may take an extra day or two to ship.

No, I don’t have a gallery, but it is sometimes possible to arrange a viewing at my home. However, the full collection (in standard 50x40cm) is available to view every Sunday at St. George’s in Belfast.

Yes, the sizes available online are standard sizes to suit off-the-shelf frames as available from stores such as Ikea, Homebase, B&Q and most furniture/hardware stores. In fact, the standard 50x40cm (20×16 inches) is one of the most popular sizes of picture frames.

The largest stock size available online is 80x60cm (approximately 32″x24″). However, I can print any size, including much larger for special requests.

They are the standard 50x40cm (20″x16″). This is the most popular size. Larger sizes are available to order online.

The prices are for the prints on their own, unframed. However, there is a listing (click here) for framed pictures but they are for collection only as I cannot ship them.

Yes, I use only museum quality archive inks which are formulated to last over 100 years without fading in normal conditions. If your prints show signs of fading in 100 years, bring them back and I’ll happily exchange them.

All pictures are printed on a thick heavyweight (250gsm) paper with a luxurious velvet feel.

payments

All transactions are used through safe payment gateways. I use two main gateways for credit and debit card payments, Stripe and PayPal. Stripe originated in the USA and now operates in 25 countries around the globe. Alternatively, customers can use PayPal to either pay through their PayPal account or simply with their card without a PayPal account.

Both payment gateways are very safe, and on top of that, this site works on a Secure Server (SSL – with small locked padlock icon on address bar) for extra peace of mind.

Shipping

I you want 2 or more pictures shipped to 2 separate addresses, you will need to make 2 separate orders so that the shipping costs can be calculated for each.

Standard 50x40cm pictures are kept in stock and usually dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends) – all other sizes are printed to order and usually take an extra 24 hours to dispatch.

Standard or free shipping for UK orders is mostly by Royal Mail. Shipping times are typically 1 to 3 working days to the UK and 7 to 10 days for international orders. Options are available to upgrade to faster (24 hour) and/or tracked & signed services.

I live out in the country and Couriers and postal collections are usually quite early, therfore orders placed after 10am will most likely not be dispatched until the next working day.

24 HOUR SERVICE is the time taken for couriers to deliver after dispatch
it does not mean 24 hours from when an order is placed.

I always do my best to ensure that orders are shipped within 1 or 2 working days.
